Has anyone tried the HCG diet recently?

I want to try the HCG diet. I know that is 500 calories per day I want to do drops oral. Has anyone had success with it? Oh … please no comments on the plans or the plan of eating 5 small meals a day and drink plenty of water. I know. What is your story?

I'm trying to scheme I am currently working 3 days. However, I have a friend who did the diet of more than 4 months and has been very successful. I do not know exactly how much he has lost weight, but went to a size of 20 to 12. And I think I'll do so because of restricted caloric intake alone.
