This breakfast makes me look fat?
most mornings, so I have two (2) Nutrition Bars Kellogg cereal grains (in strawberries) for breakfast. one to six hours from 9am to others … (Then, lunch, dinner, snacks, etc etc.) each have 140 calories (27 from fat), 3 g fat (0.5 of saturated fat), 26 g carbohydrate (13 g of sugar). So is it healthy to eat? I do not think not .. but it is mostly carbohydrates, so do not know? (If so, I recommend eating your hat? Need a "on the go breakfast without eggs, etc) thanks!
I do not know, may be able to find a bar better. First, not very filling, so you should eat two. The following are loaded with sugar (or second ingredient is corn syrup so). Carbohydrates Whole grains are good in the morning, but I thought, and not just maps as sugar and white flour. Think of them like a bowl of ice flakes. Could worse, but could be much better. If you could have a bowl of real grains, or even better, oatmeal is very well. Even the whole-wheat bread peanut butter (natural course). And the fruit is wonderful morning. If you need the bar, maybe go to Kashi. They have these wonderful granola bars are 170 calories, but believe me you need it. They are really delicious and full of whole grains, protein and fiber. tastes good too. O Kashi granola bars are also 140 calories Nutrigrain as bars and are best for you.
