Shirataki noodles / bean child?

If a recipe calls for "a package of Shirataki noodles" which translates into a package bean child I use as a replacement? The son of the grains come in bags of four oval-shaped small "nest" Son, how should I use?

Shirataki noodles ever bought, but I think that about half a cup of bean sprouts per person would be about right.
